I think, it is not about Cambodian people will become one of the richer in the world. It is better aim for country developed, reduce gap between rich and poor, provide quality education to all rural areas etc, that will bit the world and the world will know Cambodia. It’s the country become richest, rather one person is the richest.

Where did Kith Ming get his money to establish the business in the begining from Hun Sen?. I thought Hun Sen is the richest man in Cambodia or the world. Since all the money pouring into Cambodia from world bank goes into his bank account in Swiss.
