They absolutely dare not to open their mouth, witnessing many outspoken anti-government critics have been sent to jail, missing or assassinated. Look further at the impoverished, illiterate people in the countrysides. They don't know at all what democracy, human righs is. Also they don't know what are they are constitutionally titled to. This is the big problem in Cambodia. They live out of fears and violence. This become the social disease for Cambodia.
