Cambodian government is blaming the developed countries to cause climate change and regard its country as a victim of climate change but the current government does not say about deforestation, filling of lack, and so on. And they are hurting its own people by forcibly evicting its people.

The government must put eyes on the negative impacts of capital development project issue like BOENG KAK lake. It is the like the reservoir for rain water which prevents the flood from happening in few sections around this lake but now the nearby villages are flooded. This is not a well-studied project. As a public serving body, the government must take into account of the negative affect of the policy made to the citizen.
