This is a quote from Gandi’s movie which i watched it again and again. The movie was used as the tool for leadership and Conflict-resolution training i had attended. I agreed it is a useful tool. From that, it shows how importance of peace is. Therefore, i raise his quote to join celebrate the today “International Day of Peace”. Let’s the world living in peace and respect the humanity.
Today’s world event is shown us that Peace is jeopardized, either by human being or act of god. Peace is not only the absence of war but a state of harmony.
Without Peace, Development is hardly achieved. One country’s instability is a threat for all. Do not you all think that peace is universal?

What do you think about these word: we are waging war for peace? I think it is a sensitive and interesting topic to be debated about!
Well, u r rite to raise this word. It is argument of those who claim for war (i prefer to call them Invader). How can peace be brought to a nation by the nuclear weapon which killed million people including soldiers and innocent people? Once there is war, leader can claim everything to restrict people rights, also we have to look at the cost and benefit of that.
Whatever claim, i suggest every nation use diplomatic means for solving any problems.
Our country received peace without war, but metal peace is still not finished yet. Because the Cambodians are living by threat, robbing, killing, and so on. The rich is getting rich, the poor is getting poor from day to day. Where is the peace in Cambodia?

I and the working for peace, a volunteer group for peace will selabrate this event through Battambang, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear, Koh Kong, Banteay Mean Chey. Act to gether for peace movement in the world. Spread out the peace message through every one. Only peace we could make the worl prosperity.
